Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 50 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@valysso.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a downloadable prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All components must be included (e.g., mounting hardware, bulbs, connectors, manuals)
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit
We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are:
- Installed, used, or altered
- Damaged due to improper installation or handling
- Returned without adequate protective packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 12 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- A confirmation email will be sent once completed
- All refunds are issued in United States Dollar (USD)
If you paid in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
